This proof of concept application recognized a polycom and launches the dialer with an MMI code pre-filled. The MMI code contains the phone’s number which is pre-configured. After dialing the MMI code all the calls to the mobile phone will get forwarded to the polycom. This can be done for multiple phones with all their numbers added, in that case the application will recognize a particular phone and set the forwarding to that particular phone’s number. In the demo, the application draws rectangles around other things as it tries to recognize them but the action is only triggered when the correct object is recognized.
